Kenneth L. Carson,

Kenneth L. Carson serves on Auctive's board, and focuses on its Ventures activities.
Before joining Auctive, Mr. Carson was a member of the management team of MyCounsel.com, Inc., a venture funded company which developed award winning systems for Internet based delivery of legal information and legal services.
Mr. Carson practiced law with the Boston firm of Sugarman, Rogers, Barshak & Cohen, P.C., where he served on the Executive Committee and established its Internet Law practice group.
Mr. Carson is active in the Boston Bar Association. Recently, he was co-chair of the Intellectual Property Section. A graduate of Harvard Law School and Harvard College, he serves on Harvard University's Committee on the Use of Human Subjects.
